Louis came to us when he needed a new fence and he liked how we incorporate technology into our sales and quoting process.
This project is an interesting example of a fence that changes style and height as it goes around the yard. And that's not just because of stylistic preferences either. In a Sacramento residential zone, a fence covering the front yard can't be taller than 4 feet.
So, for the back section and a portion of the side, the fence is 6 feet tall, and then transitions into a 4 foot tall fence along the side and front. The front portion is a traditional picket fence with space in between each picket.
It's important to follow the local regulations whenever you're doing a home improvement project. Failure to do so could result in the city requesting you take the fence down and start over, which would obviously be more costly for you.
Louis was satisfied with the final result of the project and said, "I appreciate all your hard work and everybody's hard work. Omar was really great and the overall experience was very good."
As a licensed and insured company, we always make sure to review and follow local regulations.
